Guidelines to a Paw Approved Review

Publishing customer feedback is important to D'tails Pet and our customers. Here are the guidelines for writing an Paw Approved review:
  • You are a verified customer. The first step to writing a review is that you have done business with us. We will check all reviews to ensure the person is a verified customer.
  • Your experience is honest. The second step to writing a review is that what you is true. What we love is that you share an experience. What we do not like is for a review to misrepresent the experience by exaggerating the truth.
  • You experience is recent. The last step to a review is that it is new. People give the best feedback soon after they have experienced our services. We encourage customers to provide feedback is not a past memory.
We will not publish feedback that contains the following negative content:
  • Inappropriate language such as profanity, threats or offensive words
  • Spam
  • Advertising and promotions
  • Discrimination against race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or gender identity
  • Illegal or sexual material
  • Personal and confidential information
  • False accusations
