I would like to take this opportunity to express what a fantastic experience we have had at D'Tails. We have a Bichon Frise which is a high maintenance dog. Amy is our groomer and she is superior in making Snowflake look like a show dog. All the staff has a loving and caring spirit from Lourdes, Jamie, Tyler and Sam. I highly recommend D'Tails for working so hard and being so accommodating. –

– Dog Grooming Services We had our Golden groomed by Jamie and we couldn't be more pleased. This is absolutely the best grooming he has ever had. The length is perfect and the special way he trimmed the paws and his front legs gives Comet a special look. We will be booking again and I hope Jamie is available! –

– Dog Grooming Services D'tails are the best groomers I have found in the Winter Springs area. They are friendly, caring and listen to your needs. They will follow your instructions on how you want your pet to be groomed. I have been going there over 2 years and never had a problem. If you experience any issues they will fix it.I have used the same groomer each time, Jaime, and he does a great job on my golden retriever.I recommend them to anyone needing bathing or grooming. –

It's always reassuring when my Scooby gets excited to walk into the D'Tails, he has not had the best experiences at other places, but is a happy pup when we walk up to the doors. This team really cares about my pup and I’m thankful!

Lourdes and her team are friendly, professional and patient with the parents and the pets. I have been going there with Nellie Mae since I got her in 2014 the service is excellent I would recommend them to anybody looking for groomers who truly love there job but most of all love your pet family member.

Lourdes and the Team at D'Tails took care of my baby girl "Mysti" for 9 years of her life until her passing 2 years ago. Now her little brother "Boo", who does not have the best grooming etiquette has been very lovingly cared for for the last 2 years. I HIGHLY recommend D'Tails to take the best care and make your fur baby as beautiful as he or she can be!!! You can tell the difference when your pets are loved or it's just a job. The Team at D'Tails love their babies!!

I have submitted my little Princess to Lourdes and her fine staff for over ten years. Lourdes treats my dog as her own, with respect and kindness. Princess is groomed by appointment, so there is no dropping off in the morning and then pick up late in the day. Since my dog is shy, it meant a lot to me that I would bring her in, Lourdes would work her magic, and within a short time I would get the call to pick her up. And i love the quality products in her boutique! Very happy D'tails is in my town...
